School District Modernizes Oracle EBS & Reduces Overall Data Center Footprint

A Texas school district, with more than 19,000 employees and 160,000 students, embarked on a project that would modernize its infrastructure hosting Oracle software products. More specifically the vision of the project was to migrate the school district's mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite system to a modernized Linux x86 environment and provide a platform that has consistent and predictive performance, as well as a highly available configuration.
