Watch a live, step-by-step demo as a brand-new Oracle APEX app goes from no database and no code to running in a browser. Using APEXlang + AI, we’ll provision a free database, build and validate the app, then import it into APEX.

No CLI, cloud, or AI experience needed. You’ll leave with a five-step checklist to recreate the entire process at home for $0.

Learning Objectives

Attendees will learn how to:

  1. Provision a free Autonomous Database with APEX + ORDS.
  2. Install Oracle’s official APEXlang skill using SQLcl.
  3. Understand and validate an APEXlang app offline.
  4. REST-enable a schema and import a complete app.
  5. Recreate the complete zero-to-app process on their own.

Marco Pereira has spent more than 11 years at Viscosity North America, where he has grown from Consulting Architect in Guatemala to Software Architect based in College Station, Texas. An Oracle ACE Associate, he specializes in Oracle APEX, EBS and Fusion integrations, Autonomous Database optimization, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
 
Marco also serves as a university professor at USAC and USPG. Backed by an MBA and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence, he combines deep technical expertise with practical business insight while actively contributing to the Oracle community.
